Senior Snowflake Data Engineer (Database Engineer 3)

We are seeking a Senior Snowflake Data Engineer (Database Engineer 3) on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is on-site in Sunnyvale, CA. Responsibilities • Rearchitect existing Snowflake environments efficiently and at scale. • Develop standard data models and frameworks to support modernization initiatives. • Guide the platform toward an optimized and scalable architecture. • Ensure operational excellence, reliability, and security of a terabyte-scale Snowflake platform. • Integrate AI/ML capabilities and optimize performance through data-driven solutions. • Leverage AWS services, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and Python to enhance automation and efficiency. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Snowflake architecture and administration.
