Senior Splunk Engineer

Role: Senior Splunk Engineer Location: Remote Duration: 4+ Months • Strong background in observability platforms, cloud-native development, and systems engineering. • As a Senior Splunk Engineer, you are required to have experience as Splunk Cloud Engineer with experience in Security Information and Event Management, log management and data onboarding. • The role focuses on ingesting, normalizing and validating data sources into Splunk to support Security Operations, Information Technology operations and Compliance use cases. • This role blends the design, development, and optimization of observability. • It requires deep engineering expertise with modern observability practices, AI/ML integration, and platform automation solutions across metrics, logs, events, and traces, enabling actionable insights and operational excellence across the enterprise. • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Enterprise Security, and IT Operations to deliver scalable, resilient, and compliant observability capabilities. • While direct hand-on Splunk Cloud expertise is required, this role also requires a broader engineering mindset focused on automation, integration, and innovation in observability tooling. • Experience with AI/ML-driven analytics and modern cloud platforms (MCPs) is essential.
