Job Description:
We are seeking an innovative Lead Statistician to serve as the technical authority for statistical strategy and execution within our Orthopedic Reconstruction & Robotics portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead statistical strategy across clinical study design, analysis, and interpretation
• Provide technical oversight for sample size estimation, adaptive designs, Bayesian methods, causal inference, survival analysis, and mixed models
• Guide regulatory-aligned evidence generation (FDA, ISO 14155)
• Drive innovation in SAS, R, simulation, automation, and modern analytical workflows
Qualifications:
• MS (5+ years) or PhD (2+ years) in Statistics, Biostatistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field
• Strong expertise in clinical study design, advanced modeling, and statistical programming (SAS, R)
• Knowledge of Bayesian frameworks, propensity methods, simulation, registry data analysis
