Job Description:
The candidate should visualize complex data in a clear and compelling way, and possess an understanding of predictive analytics. Understands ETL, data warehousing & Business Intelligence concepts. Performs data visualization, data analysis, and business intelligence processes of the organization using the Tableau Platform.
Responsibilities:
β’ Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand and gather business requirements.
β’ Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Tableau dashboards and reports that align with business requirements and provide actionable insights.
β’ Research and recommend innovative BI solutions and visualization methods to improve the project's data-driven decision-making process.
β’ Evaluate predictive analytics models to forecast future scenarios and inform strategic planning.
β’ Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear, understandable presentations.
β’ Ensure data quality and integrity in dashboards and reports.
β’ Conduct training sessions to educate end-users on how to use BI tools and dashboards effectively.
β’ Continually refine and iterate BI strategy based on evolving project needs.
Basic Qualification
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
β’ Deep hands-on technical expertise
β’ Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures, test driven development
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
