We’re looking for a Senior Talent Analytics Consultant to join a leading global automotive organization known for innovation and excellence.
In this role, you’ll partner with HR and business leaders to uncover workforce trends, develop impactful dashboards, and deliver data-driven recommendations that shape future talent strategies.
📌 Key Responsibilities
• Conduct statistical, trending, and predictive analyses to support workforce and talent decisions.
• Lead large-scale analytics initiatives using quantitative and qualitative methods to identify key talent trends.
• Build and own data visualizations and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) to track and communicate insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Data Science, and Analytics teams to align analytics strategies with business needs.
• Translate complex data into actionable stories and recommendations for senior leadership.
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Alteryx (non-negotiable).
• Experience with R, Python, or other statistical tools.
• Strong understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading talent analytics efforts within a large enterprise.
• Excellent ability to “tell the story” behind data and influence strategic decisions.
• Experience in HR, Workforce, or Talent Analytics (preferred).
