Senior Technical Lead – Salesforce

Cynoteck is hiring a Senior Technical Lead – Salesforce to drive Salesforce initiatives and strengthen our presence across the North America region. Experience - More than 8 years (Immediate Joiners are preferred) Location - Minnesota (On-shore Remote) Requirement - 1 Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture. • Drive technical design discussions with business stakeholders and support Business Analysts in refining and validating user stories. • Provide hands-on leadership for complex development, integrations, and performance optimization. • Establish development standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices. • Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems. • Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes for reliable deployments. • Lead data model design, data migration, and data management initiatives. • Investigate and resolve complex QA/UAT issues, providing root cause analysis and technical recommendations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, DevOps, Data Warehouse, and other enterprise technology teams. Required Skills and Experience • 8+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Salesforce platform development (Apex, LWC, Integrations, Data Modeling). • Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations. • Strong understanding of integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, middleware). • Experience with CI/CD tools, version control systems, and DevOps best practices. • Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and performance optimization. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification. • Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications. • Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple system integrations. • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies • Exposure to DevOps automation frameworks. • Readiness for C2C
