Position Overview: • Senior Test Engineer • QA Automation / Manual Tester • The ETS Business Systems Delivery (BSD) Customer Engagement Pega team collaborates with the Customer Operations and Energy Services business partners to support, manage, and implement a portfolio of ETS system capital initiatives. • This ETS group oversees each project from its inception to deployment, offering essential ETS support needed to either improve existing systems, develop or upgrade interfaces, and design, test, and launch new applications. • Looking for a QA Automation / Manual Engineer to boost the team's ability to deliver top-notch software solutions. • In this position, will play a crucial role in advancing our software quality assurance lifecycle by working closely with the development teams to formulate test strategies and craft both automated and manual tests to ensure our releases uphold the highest criteria. • Additionally, the skills will be vital in maintaining our Continuous Integration (CI) processes and resolving system problems. Responsibilities: • Drive the software quality assurance lifecycle within an Agile / Waterfall process. • Establish and coordinate test strategies with development / product teams. • Design and implement test plans and test cases. • Develop and execute automated / manual UI and functional tests. • Enhance and maintain automated CI flows. • Review and validate UAT test results. • Troubleshoot issues in systems under test.
