Position Title: Senior Third-Party Cyber Risk & Incident Management Analyst
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Job Type: Hybrid – 3 days
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Pay Range:

We are seeking a Third-Party Cyber Response Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in incident management and third-party risk management and a proven ability to triage vendor cyber events, coordinate response, and drive remediation and reporting through closure.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and triage vendor cybersecurity events, incidents, and vulnerabilities and determine required response actions.
• Assess potential impact to Firm systems and applications and document scope and exposure.
• Initiate and manage vendor outreach to confirm impact to the third party and the Firm.
• Establish communication channels for timely follow-ups, updates, and escalation.
• Apply knowledge of attack vectors, techniques, and phases across network, cloud, and OS environments for incident handling.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle until closure.
• Ensure alignment on remediation, communication, and regulatory or client reporting requirements.
• Identify cybersecurity, operational, and reputational risks across third-party and Nth-party relationships.
• Fulfill periodic reporting obligations with accurate data and insights.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and audit trails throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Identify process improvements, document lessons learned, and recommend preventive controls.
• Regularly review and update team procedures and runbooks.
• Explore automation opportunities to improve efficiency and quality across workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in the financial services or technology domain within incident management or third-party risk management.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and ability to analyze threat intelligence and vendor reports.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with comfort interacting across management levels and global teams.
• Foundational knowledge of common attack vectors and incident phases; willingness to work in shifts.
• Familiarity with ProcessUnity or ServiceNow preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills:
• Industry certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
• Experience with Python for automation or reporting.
• Background in Agile incident or risk workflows.
