Role description
Software Methods is seeking a Senior Veeva CRM Administrator, for a 6+ month contract opportunity, to assist our client onsite in their Chadds Ford, PA facility.
The Veeva CRM Administrator manages, configures, and supports the Veeva CRM platform focusing on user management, data integrity, and system optimization. Responsibilities include handling user access (profiles/roles), configuring workflows, and supporting field teams. Proven track record of delivering tailored, data-driven solutions that enhance user productivity, streamline workflows, and drive commercial strategy.
Responsibilities:
β’ Configure Veeva CRM functionality (e.g., Veeva Vault, multichannel CRM) to meet business needs, including managing user accounts, profiles, and territory assignments
β’ Provide technical support to end-users (sales, marketing, medical teams), troubleshoot issues, and develop training materials to ensure high adoption rates
β’ Maintain system data, develop reports/dashboards, and ensure data consistency across the CRM platform
β’ Responsible for operations, monitoring, and onboarding applications and users in the ecosystem of connected field applications
β’ Manage and implement new Veeva system updates (release management), perform testing, and deploy configurations
β’ Help to direct our Veeva support teamβs administrative tasks
β’ Ensure system compliance with industry regulations, such as HIPAA, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11.
Required Experience:
β’ College degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field
β’ Strong knowledge of Veeva CRM/Vault and Salesforce platforms
β’ Over 5 years of Veeva CRM administration experience
β’ Proficiency in database management, troubleshooting, and system configuration
β’ Customer research and service skills
β’ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight timelines
β’ Excellent communications skills.
Preferred Experience:
β’ Life sciences or pharmaceutical industry experience
β’ Certified Veeva CRM Administrator is highly valued
β’ Experience developing interactive dashboards and workflows using industry-standard HTML, JavaScript, and the Veeva JavaScript libraries.
