Role: Sr. Web Analyst (Adobe Analytics)

About the Role
Client is looking for a data-driven web analyst to join our web team. In this role, you will be the bridge between complex data and marketing action. You are a marketer who uses data to tell a story, optimize the user journey, and help us drive growth.
What Youβll Do
β’ Performance Monitoring & Insights: Own the end-to-end monitoring of traffic, conversions, and page-level performance for campaigns and launches. You wonβt just report numbers; you will create a regular cadence for sharing actionable insights that move the needle. This includes building comprehensive dashboards to track the direct impact of major marketing campaigns and product launches, ensuring stakeholders understand how our web strategy drives business results.
β’ Strategic Consultation: Act as a consultant for new webpage project requests. You will actively identify improvement opportunities and work with web production, SEO/GEO, UX, and development teams to ensure every new project is built for measurement from day one.
β’ Data Storytelling: Create and maintain high-fidelity Adobe Analytics dashboards. You will translate technical metrics into compelling narratives for leadership, making the "what" and "why" clear for non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Agile Project Management: Partner with our program manager and use Jira to track analytics requests and manage your workflow in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.
Requirements
β’ 5+ years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or data science (ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment).
β’ Adobe Analytics mastery: High proficiency in Adobe Analytics (Analysis Workspace, Reports & Analytics, and Report Builder).
