Job Description:
β’ Up to $52/hour
β’ Must be LOCAL to Mettawa, but can work mostly remotely.
β’ Analyze and interpret website data using Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Evaluate key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate website performance, user behavior, and conversion rates.
β’ Utilize website data analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
β’ Proactively identify opportunities for website optimization and improvement based on data analysis.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders, including web team, marketing, product, and design teams, to understand business goals, objectives, and challenges.
β’ Translate business requirements into actionable insights and recommendations that align with the overall business strategy.
β’ Translate complex website data into compelling narratives that effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
β’ Present findings in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner, using data visualization tools and storytelling techniques to engage and influence decision-makers.
β’ Collaborate with marketing and UX teams to improve website conversion rates.
β’ Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and other relevant data to identify barriers and opportunities for optimization.
β’ Develop CRO strategies and recommendations based on data insights.
Qualifications:
β’ 4 + years of experience
β’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, statistics, computer science) or equivalent work experience.
β’ Must have experience with Adobe Analytics, CJA, & Target
β’ Partnered or consulted with marketing and business leads on opportunities or optimizations.
β’ Expert in communicating and presenting business opportunities
β’ Support recommendations with data in compelling manner
β’ Able to communicate effectively with marketing and leadership using their business language and supporting with data
β’ Able to make complicated or complex data simple and easily digestible for leaders.
β’ Unique ability to understand and communicate with technical teams and marketing leaders effectively β to understand the tools and programs, but to elevate the insights in actionable, clear presentations
β’ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Workspace, Tableau, Power BI) to create visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports.
