Ideal candidates have strong requirements elicitation, business process analysis, and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and QA teams. Must be comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing stakeholders, mentoring junior BAs, and working within large, mature applications that include complex integrations and legacy functionality. Experience with cloud products and regulated industries is preferred. Top Technologies • Azure DevOps (ADO) • Figma / FigJam • Microsoft Excel, Visio, SQL (preferred) Nice to have Skills • Cloud/SaaS product experience. • Enterprise integrations and interface experience. • Healthcare or other regulated industry experience (banking, financial services, government, manufacturing). Day to Day Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for complex enterprise software products. • Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, and QA teams to deliver product enhancements. • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, prioritize backlog items, and support Agile delivery. Soft Skills • Resilient and comfortable working through ambiguity. • Strong communicator who can confidently challenge stakeholders when appropriate. • Self sufficient, adaptable, collaborative, and able to manage competing priorities. Education/Certifications • Bachelor's Degree required. • CBAP or PMI PBA preferred. • Experience in regulated industries preferred.
