Role description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer specializing in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that enhance our HR operations and improve the employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development with deep expertise in the HRSD suite, including Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and Virtual Agent. Key Responsibilities: • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules, including: • Case and Knowledge Management • Employee Service Center (ESC) • HR Agent Workspace • Lifecycle Events (Onboarding, Offboarding, etc.) • Virtual Agent & Employee Journey Management • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other HR systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Active Directory). • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Customize ServiceNow widgets, portals, workflows, and business rules to enhance the HR user experience. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the HRSD suite. • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and support procedures. • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform governance. Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD module(s). • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and Flow Designer. • Experience with Employee Center or Employee Center Pro. • Familiarity with Lifecycle Events, Journeys, and Case Escalation/Resolution processes. • Experience integrating with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) • ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist certification • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Familiarity with ITSM, GRC, or other ServiceNow modules is a plus
