Primary Skills: Statement of Work (Expert), Services Engagement (Expert), KPI Tracking (Advanced), Process Improvement (Intermediate), Data Analysis (Intermediate) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 3 Months Location: Greensboro, NC - 27408 ( - Remote) Pay Range: $37.00/hr $42.00/hr #LP Job Summary The Services Engagement Supervisor acts as a vital bridge between various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence in support of our clients. This role emphasizes strategic partnership, effective communication, and proactive problem-solving in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, adaptable, and an excellent communicator, dedicated to upholding standards and driving efficiencies. Key Responsibilities β€’ Act as a liaison to enable all aspects of Services between departments and clients. β€’ Inspect and report on the Sales pipeline to support service forecasts and resources. β€’ Review, approve, and execute Statements of Work, ensuring compliance and risk management. β€’ Provide end-to-end operational Engagement and Project Management. β€’ Proactively address escalated customer service issues and provide strategic solutions. Must-Have Skills β€’ Outstanding leadership and collaboration β€’ Superior written and verbal communication abilities β€’ Proficiency in transforming data into actionable intelligence for service leadership Required Experience β€’ Business, Finance, Leadership, or Technology background β€’ 5+ years of relevant experience or 3 years within client structures, including 2 years of supervisory role experience β€’ Familiarity with Professional Services Automation tools, process improvement projects, and data visualization (Power BI & Excel) preferred Industry Experience β€’ Experience in Services Operations, ideally within Business or Technology sectors, is critical for this role.
