β’ Configure workflows, integrations, Discovery, Service Mapping & Event Management
β’ Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders
β’ Troubleshoot platform issues and maintain documentation
β’ Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
β’ Follow security, coding standards, and ServiceNow best practices
Preferred:
