• Troubleshooting & Analytical Skills
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions
• Configure workflows, integrations, Discovery, Service Mapping & Event Management
• Gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders
• Troubleshoot platform issues and maintain documentation
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Follow security, coding standards, and ServiceNow best practices
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS) are a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
