Role description
Role: SFCC L2 Ops Engineer Location: New York/New Jersey (On-site) Contract $65/hr-$70/hr on C2C Must Have Technical/Functional Skills: Key Responsibilities: • Provide L2 support for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests. • Troubleshoot and analyze issues across React.js, Node.js, and backend integrations to identify root causes and recommend fixes to the development team, • Manage and track incidents using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA, adhering to SLAs and support processes. • Monitor application performance using tools like Splunk, Blue Triangle, and similar observability platforms. • Work with PWA frameworks, deployment platforms like Vercel, and CDNs such as Akamai to support site performance and delivery. • Prepare and deliver daily client-facing reports with clarity, precision, and professionalism. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide continuous improvements in application stability and customer experience. Required Skills & Experience: • Strong hands-on experience in SFCC, with an understanding of its architecture and pipelines. • Working knowledge of React.js and Node.js. • Proficiency with ITSM processes, incident management, and ticket lifecycle management. • Experience using monitoring and performance tools such as Splunk, Blue Triangle, etc. • Strong debugging and analytical skills to identify issues and recommend effective solutions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for daily client interactions. • Willingness to work in rotational shifts as required. • Familiarity with PWA technologies, Vercel, and Akamai (Nice to have).
