Key Responsibilities:
β’ Manage and administer SharePoint environments, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance.
β’ Modernize and enhance the look, feel, and branding of the existing SharePoint platform.
β’ Develop custom SharePoint solutions, workflows, and integrations to improve usability.
β’ Clean up outdated content and restructure information architecture to improve navigation and relevance.
β’ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional SharePoint features.
β’ Ensure best practices for security, governance, and version control are followed.
β’ Provide end-user support and training for new features and improvements.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
β’ Skills-SharePoint, Migration, Power Platform
β’ Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online / SharePoint 2016/2019 administration and development.
β’ Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration.
β’ Experience with SharePoint branding/customization (UI/UX, master pages, site templates, themes).
β’ Skilled in developing workflows, forms, and automations (Power Automate, Power Apps, Nintex, or similar tools).
β’ Familiarity with content migration, clean-up, and governance practices.
β’ Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
β’ Ability to work independently in an onsite environment and deliver results quickly.
β’ Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform).
β’ Previous work in life sciences or regulated industries.
