SharePoint Business Analyst

Remote (Candidate must currently reside in North Carolina) Key Highlights: • This is a non-development role (no coding required) • Focus on SharePoint solution design, business analysis, and QA testing • Requires strong experience in process design, documentation, and stakeholder communication • Candidate must be comfortable using their own equipment for remote work Required Skills (8+ Years): • Experience as a Business Analyst • Extensive experience as a SharePoint Designer or SharePoint Site Owner • Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps • SharePoint experience in designing, validating, and supporting web/workflow solutions (lists, libraries, content types) • Strong background in QA testing (system-level, workflow, scenario-based, edge-case validation) • Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities • Experience in business process evaluation and re-engineering • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) • Strong organizational and presentation skills • Experience creating user-focused documentation aligned with WCAG standards • Working knowledge of Agile and SDLC Desired Skills (3+ Years): • Knowledge of NCDOT Preconstruction and Transportation Life Cycle processes • Experience with Balsamiq Wireframes • Experience with Power BI and Power Apps • Experience working with ServiceNow • Experience with Microsoft Copilot agents
