Position: SharePoint O365 Administrator/Developer
Location: Ocoee, Florida, United States (Onsite)
Duration: 6-12 months with possible extensions
The SharePoint O365 Administrator/Developer is responsible for the administration, development, migration, and customization of SharePoint platforms across district and central transportation offices. This role focuses on delivering efficient, scalable, and cloud-based solutions that improve business processes, increase productivity, and reduce downtime. The position leverages Microsoft Office 365 applications, the Power Platform, and modern web technologies to support enterprise-wide collaboration and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and support SharePoint environments (2010/2013/2016/Online), including site collections, permissions, and content management.
• Develop and migrate SharePoint applications, workflows, and business solutions to O365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Gather and analyze business requirements; design and implement technical solutions to automate and optimize processes.
• Build responsive and branded SharePoint portals, intranet sites, and custom forms using HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON formatting.
• Create and publish reports and dashboards in Power BI, delivering actionable insights to leadership on departmental performance, sales, and revenue.
• Design and implement interactive solutions such as surveys, quizzes, and approval workflows for business units and executive teams.
• Migrate legacy workflows (SharePoint 2010/2013) to Power Automate, ensuring modern, scalable automation.
• Provide documentation, training materials, and user guides to support system adoption and knowledge transfer.
• Leverage REST API and SharePoint services to filter and manipulate large datasets.
• Implement custom permissions, audience targeting, and data visualization solutions to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business offices to ensure cloud adoption, scalability, and alignment with enterprise technology strategies.
