β’ Qualifications:
β’ Must have 5+ years of experience Sharepoint Online with Legal Document Management experience to manage large data volume of document
β’ Must have 5+ SharePoint SPFx design, development, and deployment experience in large scale enterprise (legal department preferred)
β’ Must have 3+ years proficiency with PowerShell and the Power Platform, including experience using Microsoft Graph, PnP, Search, and REST APIs for automation and integration
β’ Must have worked in Legal eDocs and familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention, retention policies, eDiscovery, and governance practices supporting regulatory or client requirements
β’ Bachelors in IT related field, Computer science preferred or equivalent.
β’ Must have - Microsoft Sharepoint/M365 solution developer (MVP preferred)
β’ Must have β UI/UX JavaScript certifications
β’ Must have β eDocs Legal Document management or similar product experience
β’ Experience in implementing EPOAN Legal Document Management is highly preferred.
β’ Good to have knowledge of legal industry standards for confidentiality, data protection, and regulatory requirements strongly preferred
β’ Experience creating/managing CI/CD pipeline to manage Power Platform Application lifecycle using Azure DevOps is preferred
Technical Skills:
β’ Build and configure SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and pages that support departmental and Legal group needs
β’ Strong SharePoint//SPFx develop skills (react framework) and use modern PnP web parts and extensions to enhance navigation, usability, and overall functionality
β’ Deep experience to design automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline document management, approvals, notifications, and other internal processes.
β’ Create low-code Power Apps that integrate with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services to support business operations
β’ Experience assessing, enhancing, and troubleshooting/supporting complex Power Automate Flows to address critical business needs.
β’ Ability to develop proofs of concept, prototypes, wireframes, and other materials to implement functionality from user stories to implementation to support.
β’ Must resolve SharePoint-related issues, manage permissions, support navigation and content management, and participate in scheduled weekend maintenance
β’ Drafting technical user stories and acceptance criteria for platform enablement activities in collaboration with the Technical Platform Owner.
Responsibilities:
β’ Contribute as a squad member to design and implement products throughout the PDLC including coding, testing, and documentation independently.
β’ Working with Product Owner and Scrum Master in an Agile environment to improve velocity on a product delivery.
β’ Work as cross-functional team player to augment the squad needs as needed.
β’ Contribute to the community of practice and proactively share knowledge with squad members
