Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a SharePoint/Power Platform Developer in Boca Raton, FL. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
β’ SharePoint/Power Platform Developer will design, develop, and maintain canvas and model-driven applications using Microsoft Power Apps
β’ Create and customize SharePoint lists and forms using Power Apps to optimize data collection
β’ Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft services (SharePoint, Dataverse) and third-party applications
β’ Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure
β’ Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
β’ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions
β’ As a SharePoint/Power Platform Developer, you will stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform
β’ Manage roles and permissions in the Power Platform and SharePoint environments
β’ Design SharePoint lists, Dataverse tables, and Microsoft lists
Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or university, along with a minimum of five (5) years of IT industry-related experience or over nine (9) years of relevant experience supplemented by coursework in the field or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
β’ At least 3 years of experience building canvas applications in Power Apps
β’ Extensive experience building model-driven and canvas apps in Power Apps, automating workflows with Power Automate, and connecting to data sources
β’ Experience installing, testing, and troubleshooting systems and software applications, including multi-platform operating systems and third-party applications
β’ Experience providing end-user support, prioritizing and escalating service needs
β’ Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps)
β’ Strong understanding of SharePoint lists, libraries, and site architecture, including experience customizing forms and views
β’ Solid understanding of web application development principles, including UI design and data structures
β’ Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
β’ Proficiency in Power Fx, JavaScript, HTML, and relevant data manipulation languages (e.g., Power Query M, DAX)
β’ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
β’ Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and time management skills to meet deadlines
β’ Proven organizational, planning, customer service, and response skills
β’ Self-starter who can meet project scope and timeline requirements
β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
β’ Ability to work under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and resolve or escalate system issues
β’ Flexibility to travel to offices around the company as needed
β’ Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
