SharePoint/PowerApps Sr. Developer - Onsite (only W2)

Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a SharePoint/PowerApps Sr. Developer. Job Description: Job Title: SharePoint/PowerApps Sr. Developer Job Type: 6 months Contract to Hire Job Location: Woodland Hills, California Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days remote) Rate: $66 W2, Based on experience, Open to C2C candidates as well. Responsibilities: We're seeking an expert SharePoint/PowerApps developer to build custom SharePoint solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SharePoint/PowerApps tools, frontend development skills, and experience across the full application lifecycle—from architecture to user training—with a strategic mindset to meet project goals. Responsibilities • Design and develop custom business applications using Microsoft PowerApps • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements • Implement data integrations using Power Automate and other data services • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to workflows, canvas apps, RPA bots, and flow configurations to ensure smooth operations and user satisfation • Maintain and update existing PowerApps solutions • Create detailed documentation for developed applications • Create detailed documentation for development applications (process and functionality) ·Create and manage SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and workflows. ·Develop custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, PowerShell, and REST APIs • Maintain site permissions, security, and governance policies • Solve complex software issues with ease while integrating the projects with MS Office ·Build and maintain Power Automate flows for business process automation. ·Integrate Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, Excel) and third-party API • Improve the overall business process and operational level functioning using SharePoint expertise • Stay current with the latest features and updates in Power Platform Requirements • Prior experience in application development, with at least 2-5 years of professional focus on Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint development • Proficiency in Power Apps development, including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, data formats like JSON, and Power Automate • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities ·Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. ·Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Knowledge of best practices for app performance optimization and security within the Power Apps platform • Problem-management and critical and strategic thinking abilities • Previous experience in client management, particularly in the areas of data flow and migration Desired Qualifications • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online • Previous experience in client management, particularly in the areas of data flow and migration • Experience with PowerShell, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs. • Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, SQL, and Azure Logic Apps is a plus. • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate About Maxonic: Since 2002 Maxonic has been at the forefront of connecting candidate strengths to client challenges.
