Required Technical Competencies SmartSheet Core Tools: SmartSheet Control Center, WorkApps, DataMesh, Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, Bridge, Connectors and other advanced modules in our SKU Integration Expertise: Experience using the SmartSheet API and third-party middleware (Power Automate, GoAnywhere, etc.) to connect with other in-house and third-party solutions such as: SQL Server, GCP and other Database solutions Scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project, Smart PM) Business Intelligence platforms (Power BI, GCP Tools) Document management platforms (SharePoint, on-prem storage) Construction-specific platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, AutoLOTO, etc.) Data Engineering: Relational data modeling within SmartSheet Structured handoffs between operational and analytical layers Multi-source data aggregation and transformation pipelines Application Lifecycle Management: Governance and access model design Template lifecycle planning and change control Best practices for large-scale deployment and user onboarding Preferred Experience Demonstrative experience with Control Center, Dynamic Views and Bridge modules to enhance business processes and decrease manual data entry Specific solutioning examples of API and other integration technologies to extend SmartSheet functionality leveraging multiple data sources and destinations Experience in administrative functions and configuration including user permissions and controls in an enterprise organization Ability to conduct onsite or remote training workshops including knowledge transfer to in-house analysts and analytic teams. Experience with SmartSheet functionality withinconstruction or real estate development firms Knowledge of IT governance and enterprise architecture principles Open to infrequent travel to Ryan offices and jobsite locations Job Type: Contract Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in Minneapolis, MN 55415
