Job Title: SME Analyst (Supply Chain) Location: Fort Worth, TX (76155) Duration: 5 months (Possible extension) Pay rate: $47.14/hr. on W2 we are looking for only β€œAviation or Airlines” background candidates. Job Description: β€’ Identifies Supply Chain inefficiencies, performs root cause analysis, creates solutions including process improvement, reporting, and tools. β€’ Present strategic and operational analysis along with recommendations to both department leadership and supervisors/planers who implement changes. Responsibilities: β€’ Develop models and present using data visualization software and tools to increase operational performance around aircraft spare parts within operating budget β€’ Design, create and monitor results from solutions that are implemented β€’ Interact with other departments including Line and Base Planning, Network Planning, Base β€’ Material Planning, AOG, and Stores to understand business processes and areas for improvement β€’ Develop presentations and present findings with recommendations to key stakeholders and senior management β€’ Develop data tables and pipelines for use in applications and analysis β€’ Assist and support other team members and Business Analysts with complex queries, methods, and recommendations β€’ Manage backlogs using Agile and/or Scrum methodologies β€’ Work with users to explain solutions and optimize user experience β€’ Ability to extract/analyze large sets of data and make recommendations based on findings Qualifications: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline including Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Operations Research or other related β€’ 3 years job related experience β€’ Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience β€’ Experience in airline: operations, supply chain, or analytics β€’ Master’s degree in related field β€’ Skills, Licenses, and Certifications β€’ Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving β€’ Ability to shift priorities in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and meet deadlines β€’ Proficient in SQL, knowledge/basic experience of data processing/manipulation languages β€’ Experience with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Data Lake β€’ Experience with data visualization in Power Bi and Tableau β€’ Excellent project management and organization skills, with attention to detail β€’ Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 software including Excel, Power Point, and Teams About Our Client: Our client is a leading global professional services company, providing a broad range of services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations.
