Snap Logic Senior Lead (W2 Only)

Role: SnapLogic Senior Lead (W2 Only) Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months Mandatory Skills • 10+ years of overall experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), Integration Design & Development • 7+ years of hands-on SnapLogic experience designing and developing business-critical integrations • 5+ years of Solution Architecture experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Strong experience analyzing existing ETL solutions and redesigning/migrating them to SnapLogic using optimized design patterns • Proven experience reverse-engineering, supporting, and troubleshooting DataStage solutions • Hands-on experience with cloud integrations using AWS, Azure, and Snowflake • Expertise in Real-Time Integrations (Web Service Listener Processes) • Expertise in Batch Integrations using SnapLogic • Strong understanding of SnapLogic Architecture, Snaplex Setup, Network Topology, and Runtime Behavior • Experience building reusable/common integration frameworks and components • Strong troubleshooting experience with Snaplex, performance tuning, scalability, throughput, and production support • Advanced knowledge of SnapLogic Expression Language • Experience with SnapLogic Monitoring, Administration, and Operational Governance • Strong understanding of SnapLogic Best Practices including Error Handling, Logging, Resiliency, and Recovery Patterns • Experience implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines in SnapLogic environments • Experience with Databases, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Python CLI Tools, and Linux Shell Scripting • Experience working in Global Onshore/Offshore Delivery Models • Strong communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills • Willingness to provide production support and work in shifts when required Key Responsibilities • Requirement Gathering, Business Analysis, and System Requirement Definition • Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Solution Validation • Prepare Component Design Specifications, Integration Requirement Specifications, and Technical Design Documents • Design, Develop, Review, Test, and Deliver SnapLogic Integration Solutions • Build and Review SnapLogic Interfaces and Integration Pipelines • Conduct Peer Reviews and Ensure Development Best Practices • Prepare Test Plans, Test Cases, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT Support • Defect Resolution, Code Rebuilds, Repository Management, and Release Support • GitHub-Based Code Check-In, Promotion, and Production Deployments • Monitor Interfaces, Logs, Alerts, and Ensure System Stability • Troubleshoot and Resolve Production and Non-Production Issues • Collaborate with Business Users, Enterprise Architects, IT Teams, and System Owners • Create and Maintain Solution Documentation, Support Guides, and Technical Standards • Educate End Users and Development Teams on Application Functionality • Provide Technical Leadership, Mentoring, Governance, and Ongoing Application Support If I missed your call !
