Responsibilities Kforce has a client in need of a Snowflake Administrator in Richmond, VA. Responsibilities: • Lead the management and optimization of the Enterprise Data Warehouse built on the Snowflake platform • Design and implement automation strategies to streamline data operations • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data platform deployment and updates • Monitor and enhance platform performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency • Ensure robust security and compliance across the data infrastructure • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives • Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues in a timely manner • Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term platform strategy Requirements • Proven experience as a Senior Platform Engineer or similar role • Deep expertise in Snowflake architecture and data warehouse management • Strong background in automation and CI/CD practices • Familiarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code tools • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong understanding of data security, governance, and compliance standards • Effective communication and collaboration skills • Experience working in agile environments and managing cross-team projects The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
