Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Snowflake Data Architect to join our client's team on a contract basis. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data architecture using Snowflake. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement data architecture solutions using Snowflake.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to understand data requirements and ensure optimal data flow.
• Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
• Optimize Snowflake performance and manage data storage costs.
• Ensure data governance and security best practices are followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role, specifically with Snowflake.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data integration tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with data modeling and data governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Certification in Snowflake or related data architecture credentials.
