Snowflake Developer (x2)
Location: 10 Park Plaza, 8th Floor, Boston, MA 02116
Type: Contract (C2C) β 12 Months | 37.5 hrs/week
Work Model: Hybrid (Candidates must reside in MA, NH, or RI)

About the Role
We are seeking two experienced Snowflake Developers/Architects to design, optimize, and manage Snowflake data environments. Youβll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, scalable data solutions supporting analytics and reporting across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Design, implement, and optimize Snowflake-based data solutions.
β’ Perform query performance tuning, resource optimization, and storage management.
β’ Manage user access, roles, and data security compliance.
β’ Support data integration, loading, transformation, and extraction processes.
β’ Provide troubleshooting, technical support, and query optimization.
β’ Document system configurations and performance reports.
β’ Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and cloud teams to enhance Snowflake performance.
β’ Stay current with Snowflake best practices and recommend process improvements.
Required Qualifications
β’ 5+ years in data engineering, architecture, or database development.
β’ 2+ years hands-on experience with Snowflake (data modeling, tuning, security).
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
β’ Experience with ETL/ELT tools, GitHub, and AWS.
β’ Proficiency in SQL and Python.
β’ Strong experience in data modeling, data integration, and analytics.
β’ Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI preferred).
β’ Understanding of Snowflake security features (access control, encryption, masking, etc.).
Preferred Skills
β’ Snowflake Certifications (SnowPro Core or Advanced).
β’ Knowledge of T-SQL, DevOps, and scripting.
β’ Experience integrating Snowflake with Azure IDP or similar IAM platforms.
β’ Exposure to AI tools and modern cloud data automation practices.
