Senior Snowflake Developer Location: Hybrid - San Francisco or San Ramon 3 days per week (will accept exceptional remote options) Rate: $75 - $90 per hour Contract: 6 months initial We are seeking a skilled Snowflake Developer to join our client and to help optimize there data processing and reporting capabilities. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Snowflake databases and data pipelines using SnowSQL. • Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies to ensure data security and compliance. • Utilize Snowpipe for continuous data ingestion and transformation. • Integrate Snowflake with data processing and reporting tools, including Tableau and SSRS. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide solutions. • Optimize existing data processes and troubleshoot performance issues. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Snowflake Developer or in a similar role. • Proficiency in SnowSQL and knowledge of RBAC policies. • Experience with Snowpipe for data ingestion. • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and SSRS. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
