Role description
Our client, a leading government technology solutions provider, is seeking an SOA Developer to join their team. As an SOA Developer, you will be part of the Oracle Development department supporting Financial Applications. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title SOA Developer Location: Hybrid – Washington, D.C. Metro Area (On-site 2–3 days per week) Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder with the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance due to the nature of the work. What’s the Job? • Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle EBS and other internal/external systems using Oracle SOA technologies. • Design robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions using Oracle SOA Suite components (BPEL, OSB). • Integrate Oracle EBS modules with other applications using SOAP/REST protocols and XML/JSON formats. • Develop custom interfaces and extensions using PL/SQL and Oracle tools. • Create technical specifications and support customizations to meet application requirements and performance goals. What’s Needed? • 10+ years of experience with Oracle EBS Federal Financial Applications and Oracle SOA Suite. • Expert-level proficiency in Oracle Applications PL/SQL development. • Strong experience with RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows). • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder with the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
