SOAR Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SOAR Contractor to support our security automation initiatives, with a strong focus on Tines, Python scripting, and case management integration. This role will work closely with our Threat Detection Engineering and Incident Response teams to streamline and enhance our security operations workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Design, build, and maintain automation workflows in Tines to support incident response, threat intelligence, and alert triage.
β’ Develop and maintain Python scripts to support custom integrations, data enrichment, and workflow logic.
β’ Integrate SOAR workflows with case management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, , or similar).
β’ Collaborate with detection engineers and analysts to identify automation opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions.
β’ Maintain documentation for workflows, scripts, and integrations.
β’ Support testing, debugging, and deployment of new automation use cases.
β’ Ensure workflows follow security best practices and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
β’ 5+ years of experience in security operations, automation, or engineering roles.
β’ Hands-on experience with Tines or similar SOAR platforms (e.g., Cortex XSOAR, Swimlane, Siemplify).
β’ Proficiency in Python for scripting and API integrations.
β’ Experience integrating with case management systems and ticketing tools.
β’ Strong understanding of security operations, incident response, and threat detection workflows.
β’ Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
β’ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
