Social Media Content Quality & Analytics Specialist
Position Overview
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Content Quality & Analytics Specialist to support a 4-6 month parental leave coverage. This role sits at the intersection of content operations, compliance readiness, and social analytics.

β’ Duration: 4-6 months (June/July start)
β’ Schedule: 40 hours/week, ET working hours
β’ This is a fixed-term assignment supporting a leave of absence
Key Responsibilities
β’ Content QA & Compliance: Review digital/social assets for accuracy, completeness, formatting, and adherence to internal guidelines before MLR submission
β’ Workflow Management: Manage content intake from agencies and ensure smooth movement through pre-MLR processes
β’ Analytics & Reporting: Support tracking setup (e.g., Sprinklr), maintain dashboards, and analyze campaign performance (CTR, engagement, video views)
β’ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with strategists and agencies to ensure high-quality content delivery and actionable insights
Required Qualifications
β’ Experience in content QA, marketing ops, or digital production workflows
β’ Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors across content and data
β’ Familiarity with paid & organic social channels
β’ Experience with analytics/reporting tools and dashboards
β’ Ability to build structure in ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience in regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, financial services)
β’ Exposure to MLR/compliance workflows
β’ Experience with Sprinklr, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools
