Job Title: Solid Tumors Analytics Contractor Location: Boston, MA -Remote Employment Type: Contract Boston-based candidates required; up to 10% travel. Job Description – Solid Tumors Analytics Contractor The Solid Tumors Analytics Contractor reports to the Associate Director, Solid Tumor Advanced Analytics and supports the solid tumors franchise by developing data-driven analytics for strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: • Establish corporate performance metrics and develop dashboards and reports for management. • Track brand plan execution and evaluate sales, marketing, and market access effectiveness. • Conduct ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to answer business questions. • Communicate insights and provide actionable recommendations. • Contribute to brand planning and situation analysis. • Develop understanding of disease areas, market landscape, and customer segments. • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Strategy teams. • Identify business questions and provide analytical solutions. • Design and interpret data using statistical methods. • Support complex, cross-functional analytical projects. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or quantitative field with 5+ years of analytics experience. • Experience with healthcare data such as claims or EHR. • Knowledge of oncology or rare disease preferred. • Strong skills in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data analytics. • Proficiency in Python, R, SAS, Tableau, or Power BI. • Advanced Excel skills; VBA preferred. • Experience with cloud data environments and CRM systems. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
