Job Title: Solid Tumors Analytics Contractor Location: Boston, MA -Remote Employment Type: Contract Boston-based candidates required; up to 10% travel. Job Description – Solid Tumors Analytics Contractor The Solid Tumors Analytics Contractor reports to the Associate Director, Solid Tumor Advanced Analytics and supports the solid tumors franchise by developing data-driven analytics for strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: β€’ Establish corporate performance metrics and develop dashboards and reports for management. β€’ Track brand plan execution and evaluate sales, marketing, and market access effectiveness. β€’ Conduct ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to answer business questions. β€’ Communicate insights and provide actionable recommendations. β€’ Contribute to brand planning and situation analysis. β€’ Develop understanding of disease areas, market landscape, and customer segments. β€’ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Strategy teams. β€’ Identify business questions and provide analytical solutions. β€’ Design and interpret data using statistical methods. β€’ Support complex, cross-functional analytical projects. Requirements: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or quantitative field with 5+ years of analytics experience. β€’ Experience with healthcare data such as claims or EHR. β€’ Knowledge of oncology or rare disease preferred. β€’ Strong skills in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data analytics. β€’ Proficiency in Python, R, SAS, Tableau, or Power BI. β€’ Advanced Excel skills; VBA preferred. β€’ Experience with cloud data environments and CRM systems. β€’ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
