This is a senior strategic role offering the opportunity to lead high-impact digital transformation programmes. You will work directly with enterprise clients, shape roadmaps, run strategic workshops, and take ownership of solution architecture and delivery oversight. Role OverviewThis is a client-facing position that combines solution design, project coordination, and strategic advisory responsibilities. Approximately 20 to 25 percent of your time will involve project management tasks, including stakeholder engagement, risk identification, timeline oversight, and coordination with both internal and offshore delivery teams. You will also provide technical leadership, supervise delivery teams, and contribute to refining technical specifications. Key Responsibilities Act as lead architect for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions Translate client requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs Lead roadmap planning and facilitate quarterly strategic workshops Supervise offshore teams to ensure effective project execution Communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage risks, and monitor deliverables Align with central delivery and agency teams while upholding core technical standards Support vendor and contract discussions when required Participate in recruitment efforts and support the transition of contract resources to permanent roles where appropriate Ideal Candidate Profile A minimum of five years' hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and API integrations Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, particularly in data modeling, segmentation, identity resolution, and consent management Strong technical proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, and API development Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Consultant, Developer, or Data Cloud Accredited are highly desirable Experience managing delivery projects, including oversight of offshore teams and stakeholder relationships Background in life sciences or med-tech is advantageous Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus, though not essential Additional Information Remote role aligned to European time zones Client’s current industry focus is on life sciences and medical technology Open to both permanent hires and contract engagements with the option to convert How to ApplyPlease submit your CV or reach out with any questions.
