About the Role:
Weβre looking for a detail-oriented Solutions Analyst to support and maintain Supply Chain application databases for multiple cruise line brands. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to key spend areas including IT, Food & Beverage, Hotel, Medical, Entertainment, and Retail across a diverse global portfolio.
This role focuses on the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of our inventory management system (Crunchtime), supporting both shoreside operations and shipboard material tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and support the Supply Chain application database (Crunchtime) for shore-based operations
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with internal support groups and external vendors
Coordinate minor system patches, updates, and bug fixes with IT and application providers
Oversee inventory transaction processing for shipboard materials
Ensure accurate and timely financial postings related to warehouse locations
Analyze data for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business goals
Identify and support improvements to application functionality and workflow processes
Assist in testing system upgrades and process enhancements
Support end-users by coordinating training, resolving inquiries, and documenting procedures
Generate reports to track usage, performance, and user feedback
Essential Functions (% of Time):

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelorβs Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field preferred
Experience:
2β3 years of experience in application support and database management
Hands-on experience administrating Crunchtime for F&B procurement is strongly preferred
Familiarity with SOX compliance and risk management practices is a plus
Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of SQL (Oracle and SQL Server)
Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Project, and PowerPoint
Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred
Oracle EBS experience is a plus
Other Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
