Solutions Architect - AI

We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Engineer with expertise in building and deploying AI agents on the ROVO platform, along with strong skills in Atlassian Administration. This role combines AI solution development with toolchain optimization to enhance enterprise workflows, automation, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities AI Agent Development: Design, build, and deploy AI agents in ROVO; implement NLP/ML models; monitor and optimize agent performance; stay updated with AI advancements. Atlassian Administration: Configure, maintain, and integrate Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and plugins; develop workflows and permissions; manage users; plan upgrades/migrations; integrate with CI/CD and monitoring tools. Solution Engineering & Support: Act as bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders; provide guidance on AI adoption and Atlassian best practices; contribute to documentation, automation, and process improvements. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in CS, AI, or related field (or equivalent). 3+ years developing AI agents/automation solutions (ROVO or similar). 5+ years Atlassian Administration (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket). Strong programming/scripting (Python, Java, JS) and REST API integration skills. Solid database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL). Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management. Preferred Qualifications Master’s in AI/ML or related. Atlassian certifications (Jira/Confluence Admin). Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), MLOps, Docker/Kubernetes. Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other AI frameworks. Experience in Agile/DevOps environments. Job Type: Contract Pay: $65.00 - $72.00 per hour Work Location: In person
