Solutions Architect

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale analytics solutions by integrating data from multiple Microsoft Dynamics ERP platforms across North America and Europe. The role will focus on establishing a scalable data architecture, enterprise data models, and analytics frameworks to support Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Finance reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics ERP ecosystems, Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Enterprise Data Architecture, and Supply Chain Analytics, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and high-performing analytics solutions. Preferred Candidate Profile: • Strong Architect with a blend of ERP, Data Engineering, and Analytics expertise. • Experience integrating multiple Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems into a unified reporting platform. • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills. • Ability to drive enterprise-wide data transformation and analytics initiatives. • Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders. Required Experience & Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or Analytics Platforms. • Extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP platforms. • Proven experience designing enterprise analytics and reporting solutions. • Strong background in Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, or Operations Analytics. Key Responsibilities: Microsoft Dynamics Expertise: Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: • Microsoft Dynamics Business Central • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) • Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Strong understanding of: • Inventory Management • Procurement & Sourcing • Warehouse Management • Manufacturing & Production • Order Management • Financial & Operational Processes Data Engineering & Data Warehousing • Enterprise Data Architecture • Data Engineering and Pipeline Design • ETL/ELT Frameworks • Data Warehousing Concepts & Design • SQL & Database Performance Optimization • Data Modeling (Dimensional & Enterprise Models) • Master Data Management (MDM) • Data Governance Frameworks • Cloud Data Platforms (Azure Preferred)
