Job Title: Solution Lead – Life Sciences (Vaccine Data, BI & Systems Integration) Experience Required: 15+ Years Domain: Life Sciences – Vaccines, Data Governance, BI, Systems Integration Location : Baskin ridge, NJ Share your profiles to vyshnavi@arnexsolution.com Education : • MBA, Masters in Statistics, Masters in Data Science or equivalent Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Lead to drive strategic data initiatives in the Life Sciences domain, with a focus on Vaccine Data Models, Business Intelligence (BI) Data Processing, and Agile Delivery. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, architect data solutions, and oversee audits across complex enterprise systems including SAP, US CRM, Shift, and Ecommerce platforms. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Delivery • Design and implement scalable, compliant data solutions for vaccine lifecycle management. • Lead end-to-end solutioning across data ingestion, transformation, and visualization. • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align solutions with strategic goals. Vaccine Data Analysis & Governance • Oversee data audits across vaccine data ecosystems to identify potential issues • Understand and critique data movement path against core metrics and key dimensions. BI Data Processing & Analytics • Lead BI initiatives like KPI harmonization, design and development • Oversee development of and optimization of data ETL pipelines and data models. • Deliver actionable insights to support vaccine operations and decision-making. Agile Leadership • Serve as Program Lead for agile teams, driving sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives. Manage stakeholder communications, especially business communications and ensure timely delivery of milestones Data Experience Required Candidate must have knowledge of/ working experience with data from one or more of the following systems: • SAP (Core, CRM) • CRM • Warehouse Systems • Contracting • IQVIA DDD • Integrichain • Viztex Required Skills & Qualifications: • 15+ years of experience in US Pharmaceutical consulting, with a strong focus on vaccines data and analytics. • Proven expertise in interpreting data analysis, BI dashboards implementation, and data warehousing • Strong communication, leadership, and client stakeholder management skills. • Understanding of data architectures
