Role description
Must Have:
2+ years of hands-on experience with Splunk dashboarding, including Splunk Search Processing Language (SPL), report creation, and dashboard optimization.
Working knowledge of Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and data modeling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Good to have:
Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView).
Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Shell) for data manipulation.
Exposure to IT operations, cybersecurity, or cloud infrastructures.
Strong project management or Agile experience.
Nice to have:
Experience in troubleshooting data inconsistencies/issues and improving data quality and reliability.
Ability to provide training and support to team members and end-users on both Splunk and Power BI platforms
