Seeking a Splunk professional to enhance enterprise observability, operational monitoring, and reporting capabilities, supporting dashboard development, data onboarding, log analysis, and reliability engineering, with a focus on network telemetry and operational data across enterprise environments.
Mandatory Skills
• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 2-3+ years hands-on Splunk experience
• Strong SPL expertise — stats, timechart, transaction, eval, rex, lookup
• Experience building dashboards, drilldowns, reports, and visualizations
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix for log analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience with network telemetry — Syslog, SNMP, NetFlow, IPFIX
• Understanding of enterprise networking — routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-have Skills
• Experience with network observability platforms — ThousandEyes, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics
• Experience supporting NOC or Network Engineering teams
• Knowledge of cloud networking within AWS, Azure, or GCP
