We are looking for an experienced L3 Splunk Engineer (5+ years) to lead enterprise-level Splunk operations. This role involves advanced administration, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and supporting critical monitoring/observability use cases.
Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and upgrade Splunk Enterprise/ITSI/ES
Design and optimize dashboards, alerts, and reports
Provide L3 troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
Onboard new data sources and optimize ingestion/searches
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams
Qualifications:
5+ years of Splunk engineering/administration experience
Strong SPL and Splunk architecture knowledge (clustering, scaling, data models)
Scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell) for automation
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Splunk certification preferred
