Sports Prediction & Analyst Manager (Sportbooks 365/ UK Experience)

Company Overview:We are building a data-driven sports betting platform for the 2026 World Cup and beyond. Our mission is to combine advanced analytics, market insights, and expert prediction to deliver high-value results to our users. We are seeking a Sports Prediction & Analyst Manager with hands-on experience in experience with leading sportsbook platforms (e.g., Bet365) or similar betting platforms, ideally within the UK market. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of sports prediction strategies for football and other major sports. Analyze match statistics, player performance, and historical data to build accurate prediction models. Monitor Bet365 odds, markets, and trends to identify value opportunities. Manage a small team of analysts and provide guidance on methodologies, tools, and reporting. Present clear insights, reports, and recommendations to the management team. Support the company’s World Cup 2026 prediction projects and ongoing sports analytics initiatives. Requirements: Proven experience working with Bet365 or similar betting platforms. Strong knowledge of UK sports leagues and the UK betting market. Expertise in sports data analytics, statistics, and predictive modeling. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar. Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and deliver under deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Previous role in sports betting, data analysis, or sportsbook operations. Experience in football (soccer) analysis, especially World Cup and international tournaments.
