Status: 6 month contract to hire

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client is seeking a Junior-Mid Level Donor System/Data Analyst for an exciting contract to hire opportunity. The Donor System Analyst is an excellent communicator, personable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. This role takes ownership of assigned tasks and works within defined scopes to help the organization effectively manage and optimize its donor, customer, and digital commerce ecosystem.
This position is responsible for supporting and administering a portfolio of cloud-based platforms, including donor management systems, customer relationship management systems, digital content and streaming platforms, eCommerce and marketplace integrations, and video distribution channels. The role ensures reliable system integrations, automated data flows, and accurate reporting across platforms using low-code integration tools, relational databases, and enterprise analytics solutions. Responsibilities include data analysis, SQL development, integration support, reporting, and cross-system troubleshooting to enable operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
DUTIES:
• Support, maintain, and enhance donor management, CRM, digital content delivery, eCommerce, and online marketplace platforms to ensure system stability, data accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
• Manage and support system integrations across internal and external platforms, including donor systems, CRM, streaming/content delivery services, online storefronts, marketing channels, and video distribution platforms.
• Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot automated workflows using cloud-based, low-code integration platforms, ensuring reliable data synchronization, event processing, and error handling across systems.
• Develop, test, and maintain custom SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures to support reporting, segmentation, reconciliation, and system enhancements.
• Analyze and resolve data discrepancies across interconnected systems; identify root causes and implement accurate, auditable data corrections.
• Import, transform, validate, and manage data using ETL and integration tools to support operational processes, analytics, and reporting needs.
• Support integrations related to digital commerce and online marketplaces, including product data, transactions, subscriptions, and fulfillment-related data flows.
• Support integrations related to digital video platforms, including content metadata, user access, entitlement data, and engagement metrics.
• Build and maintain datasets, dashboards, and visual reports using enterprise business intelligence and analytics platforms to provide insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams to translate business needs into technical and data solutions.
• Assist system administrators with database access, integration monitoring, reporting validation, and operations support.
• Perform controlled mass updates and data fixes in production environments under supervision, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal controls.
• Serve as a technical resource and liaison between business teams and IT, helping stakeholders understand system behavior and data dependencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advanced SQL skills to write and debug SQL queries and stored procedures, and a solid understanding of relational database design and logic.
• Experience working with system integrations and automated data workflows using low-code or SaaS-based integration tools.
• Experience with SSMS, SSRS, ETL tools, and data integration concepts.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization skills and a commitment to excellence and service in all tasks.
• Very self-directed – The ability to handle a wide variety of tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people, including technology vendors.
Requirements:
• Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a Microsoft SQL Server environment.
• Ability to write and debug SQL queries and stored procedures.
• A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Must pass all required checks.
Experience:
• Proven working experience in a Microsoft SQL Server environment.
• Experience working with MS SQL Server 2014-2022.
• Experience working with DonorDirect Studio Enterprise or other donor management systems is a plus.
• Experience working with ETL tools is a plus.
