Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Position Description:
The ETL/SQL Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining database systems to support business requirements. This role involves working closely with business analysts and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration, optimal performance, and data integrity across various applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain database objects and structures
• Analyze query performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization techniques
• Create and test SQL queries and ensure database performance tuning
• Define and implement interfaces for application-to-database interaction
• Develop ETL pipelines using SSIS to integrate data from multiple sources
• Plan and develop test data for validating new or modified database applications
• Ensure data integrity and security while troubleshooting and resolving database issues
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to integrate database solutions
• Manage and maintain various SQL jobs
Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational DBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
• Proficient in database design and data modeling
• Experience with SQL query optimization and performance tuning
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Solid experience in ETL development using SSIS
Skills Preferred:
• Experience with Azure
• Knowledge of .NET
• Familiarity with GitHub
