Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Manage and maintain database systems to ensure high availability and performance.
Design and implement database structures that support business applications.
Develop and execute ETL processes using tools such as SSIS to facilitate data integration.
Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
Conduct regular backups and recovery procedures to safeguard data integrity.
Collaborate with development teams to support application requirements related to database design.
Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and comply with regulatory standards.
Provide support for database-related queries and issues from end-users.
Document database configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
Experience
Proven experience in database administration with a strong focus on SQL Server.
Proficiency in scripting languages for automation of tasks related to database management.
Familiarity with high availability solutions and disaster recovery strategies.
Experience with ETL processes and tools, particularly SSIS, is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex database issues effectively.
Knowledge of best practices in database design and administration.
