SQL DBA - Secret Cleared with Security Clearance

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a SQL DBA to support a DHS-TSA contract based out of Colorado Springs, CO. This position is hybrid a few days a week in Colorado Springs • • Secret Clearance required • • Responsibilities of the SQL DBA include: • Developing SQL reporting queries • Troubleshooting database issues • Database performance tuning • SQL statement tuning • Reviewing and Implementing Database design changes • Coding (procedures, functions, packages, triggers, etc.). • Bachelors Degree or 4 additional years' experience in lieu of degree Required Qualifications of the SQL DBA include: • Active Secret clearance • 3+ years or more experience in writing and tuning SQL queries • 3+ years or more experience in IT Delivery and/or Operations experience • 3+ years or more of SQL coding / scripting experience • 1 year experience Oracle Database Administration • SQL (Structured Query Language) • Experience in a large scale Federal IT Program • Experience with SAFe Agile delivery framework Compensation for the SQL DBA include: Salary: $135,000-145,000k -pending years of experience and degree Full Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Sick Leave if required by law This job opens for applications on 12/4/2025.
