SQL Developer

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Developer with strong experience in SQL Server 2014, SSIS, and SSRS to support data integration, reporting, and analytics needs within the Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and optimizing complex SQL solutions and working with large enterprise insurance datasets. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions in SQL Server 2014. Build and maintain SSIS packages for ETL processes — extracting, transforming, and loading large data volumes. Develop, manage, and deploy SSRS reports and dashboards for business users. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting and data requirements. Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across various systems. Troubleshoot and resolve SQL performance and data issues in production and test environments. Support P&C insurance data structures, reporting standards, and compliance processes. Required Skills: 10+ years of professional experience as a SQL Developer. Expertise in SQL Server 2014, T-SQL, SSIS, and SSRS. Strong background in data modeling, database design, and ETL development. Hands-on experience working with insurance data, preferably Property & Casualty (P&C) domain. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Nice to Have: Experience with Azure SQL, Power BI, or other cloud data tools. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data governance frameworks. Job Type: Contract Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
