SQL Developer – Contract-to-Hire | Beachwood, OH

We’re looking for a SQL Developer to join our team on a 6-month contract-to-hire basis. You’ll work on enterprise system development, integrations, and AI-enabled enhancements across a growing application portfolio. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in building scalable backend solutions and is open to exploring AI-driven innovations. What You’ll Do: • Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries for enterprise applications • Support data integration and transformation across systems • Work within Oracle and .NET environments • Contribute to AI-related initiatives, including automation and intelligent features • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on modernization projects • Assist with system testing, debugging, and deployment What You’ll Bring: • 3–5+ years of SQL development experience with advanced query optimization skills • Proficiency in Oracle and/or .NET environments • Exposure to AI technologies or platforms (ML models, NLP tools, automation) • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently • Experience in system integration and backend development Location: Beachwood, OH – onsite 2 days/week, remote 3 days/week (Open for remote for the right candidate) Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire Note: We do not work with third-party agencies or vendors.
