Role description

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts for data transformation, validation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including data flow diagrams, ER models, and process documentation.
• Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to support business operations.
• Ensure database performance, integrity, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Support and enhance existing database applications and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong hands-on experience with MS SQL Server and PL/SQL.
• Proficiency in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Good understanding of database design principles and data modeling.
• Experience in business analysis and translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Strong documentation skills including technical and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
