You’ll contribute to a variety of projects that directly support our merchandising strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Analyze data to evaluate the financial and operational impact of feature changes. • Develop new metrics, scalable reporting, and ad-hoc analyses to support product teams and leadership. • Design, implement, and measure pricing actions to assess trade-offs between units, sales, and margin, helping merchants achieve objectives. • Conduct research and statistical analysis to build subject matter expertise in key business areas. • Deliver clear, influential presentations that summarize complex findings and guide business decisions. • Balance ~60% hands-on analytics with ~40% stakeholder communication. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential to extend or transition into a permanent role. It’s a chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced industry while contributing to a collaborative and energetic team environment. Candidates will work in hybrid model. REQUIRED SKILLS: • 3+ years of professional experience in analytics role • Advanced SQL skills, with experience in Google BigQuery • Proficiency in Tableau, including loading/manipulating large datasets and building data-driven insights (data flows, schema impacts, efficient filtering, scalable dashboard design) • Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, visualizations, and statistical analysis • Experience with large dataset management and data movement • Strong communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex information for stakeholders (especially in PowerPoint) • Familiarity with AI tools and techniques for researching and solving complex problems (Microsoft Co-Pilot, Github Co-pilot, or Google Gemini) • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline Must be authorized to work in the U.S./Sponsorships are not available
