Sr. Analyst

Youβll contribute to a variety of projects that directly support our merchandising strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
β’ Analyze data to evaluate the financial and operational impact of feature changes.
β’ Develop new metrics, scalable reporting, and ad-hoc analyses to support product teams and leadership.
β’ Design, implement, and measure pricing actions to assess trade-offs between units, sales, and margin, helping merchants achieve objectives.
β’ Conduct research and statistical analysis to build subject matter expertise in key business areas.
β’ Deliver clear, influential presentations that summarize complex findings and guide business decisions.
β’ Balance ~60% hands-on analytics with ~40% stakeholder communication.
This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential to extend or transition into a permanent role. Itβs a chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced industry while contributing to a collaborative and energetic team environment. Candidates will work in hybrid model.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
β’ 3+ years of professional experience in analytics role
β’ Advanced SQL skills, with experience in Google BigQuery
β’ Proficiency in Tableau, including loading/manipulating large datasets and building data-driven insights (data flows, schema impacts, efficient filtering, scalable dashboard design)
β’ Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, visualizations, and statistical analysis
β’ Experience with large dataset management and data movement
β’ Strong communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex information for stakeholders (especially in PowerPoint)
β’ Familiarity with AI tools and techniques for researching and solving complex problems (Microsoft Co-Pilot, Github Co-pilot, or Google Gemini)
β’ Bachelorβs degree in a relevant discipline
